This is beautiful. I am certain that what they say is true: "books come to you to teach you something." Most of the time we suffer because, carried away by the frustrations of everyday life, we are unable to see that many times the ways to solve our problems or moods are within ourselves. Reading does precisely that job, it helps you draw from yourself the tools you need to be able to face the vicissitudes of life, as well as a "fishing rod" 😆 I also had a stage in my life when I felt suffocated and at that time, countless books came to me that were like friends to me who encouraged and guided me. Clarity of mind is achieved when we are sufficiently aware of what is happening to us and to be able to understand the reading, it is much more than just reading, it is entering into communion with what is written and you know that you have done it when your emotions are involved 😌 I am glad that you were able to find this book and that you feel better now that you have focused on yourself again. Greetings from here and good luck 🤗✨
