The Boat on Millbrook Lake

I love this little boat which seems to have been abandoned and is gently decaying.

It's moored on the way to a storage locker I have in the village of Millbrook, Cornwall, and I pass it on a regular basis. I started photographing it when we still lived in the village and would often walk past it.

The idea is I get to practice a subject which is the same, but photographed at different times of day, of year, in differing weathers.

For this set I've selected three sunny day pictures, each one taken with a different phone.

Of the three pictures I've used I think the framing of the middle one is the best, but there's something about the saturated brightness of the first one which is appealing

This picture is the most recent, taken on my Samsung 24 Ultra about a month ago.

This picture was taken on a Samsung 22 Ultra and is about eighteen months old.

This picture was taken on an iPhone 13, and is about three years old.
