I am happy with 75%, especially as the Spain/Germany match I decided on having picked Germany as a finalist at the start of the tournament. There were 8 goals, the average of two per game is lower than seen in the group stages.
The Semi-Final matches are:

And how do I see things going? In truth, all permutations are available. Spain could put together a scintillating display which sweeps a dour France away. But then, France could continue their march to the final with another own goal from the opposition, or penalties.
In the other match England could produce another master-class in tedium and bore Netherlands out of the tournament, or Netherlands may catch them for a couple of well worked goals.
All this is by way of saying I don't know, I really don't. So, at a guess: Spain & England
