10th place in Saturday HiveChess S2R1 Arena

Yesterday I had nice opportunity to take part in Saturday HiveChess S2R1 Arena held by @samostically and I proud that I managed to get on 10th place!

My performance was following:

Nothing special, but this time I'd like to concentrate on my mistakes. As you can see from the table I lost 5 times:

  1. iamchessguy01 (1861) VS stranger27 (1658)

First mistake was to move pawn a6 instead of Kge7.

Second and fatal error was Qe7 instead of Qf6. Now checkmate is anavoidable.

  2. stranger27 (1655) VS FCastro17 (2037)

    Here my mistake was:

  3. and d5 was better here:

    1. tortyllan (2082) VS stranger27 (1664)

      Be7 looks akward,indeed...

Again I am missing h5 move that was the best.

Why I took that pawn with Knight?? After that my lost was evident.

    2. stranger27 (1666) VS Keylix (2040)

      Here the worst move was:

    3. The best position for the bishop in such situation is f3.

      1. Just_ola (1806) VS stranger27 (1665)

That was interesting, because here at some time I had advantage but could not realize it.

With this move I had much better chance to win against @justola1 ) But I did 3 errors almost in a row!

Second blunder - move with wrong pawn - I had to defend against Ba3!

Third blunder where I lost my chance - was here : I had to move Qh4.

What I understood in this tournament : I need to play less but learn more)
