Rising star news and new cards day is today!
Introduction and news
We thought we would do a weekly update on what we are up to and how we are doing on Rising Star. Now what is nice about RS is there always seems to be new things to report and this week we have daily achievements. These have only just started as you can see from the picture and all you need to do is Bribe the boss and add to the raves reward pool. It seems for doing this you get a promoter point for when you release a single. Knowing the team I am sure this will develop as time goes on and is a nice little new feature that has been added and can then be played with!
Our progress so far
We are currently in position 14th on the leader board which is not too bad, we have not got any packs recently as today is new cards day so we have been saving them for that!
We do have a few singles out which is nice, still cannot get that Number one spot but hey the Hive rewards are nice!
You can see here the rewards we got yesterday for being 14th in the rankings and for our 2 songs in the charts! I think these are decent and what is nice is that I know the team are developing and growing these reward pots to increase over time.
Favourite card for the week
Every week we will highlight our favourite card for the week. This week it is Stacy as this card brings back a few memories! Can you find the other cards who are linked with her? She is a bit racey....
The Stick Up Boys tip for the week
It is hard coming up with a weekly tip! If you do not want to invest too much Hive or any hive in fact there are so many competitions available to get some free cards. Have a look at RS daily comp post to find them. You could also go to some of the twitch streamers as they do some great giveaways! Lots of free stuff around that is for sure.
Our NFT records in the game
As musicians one of our favourite things is having our records in the game! You can buy our records as well as stake on them. This is an amazing thing for artists to get more exposure for their music and earn a few starbits. It is also a brilliant way for you to support artists on the blockchain!

I've been crafting some cards at the Summer Fair and that has helped me move up in the raking to 145. Maybe the new packs will help me get closer to my top 100 goal.
unique card count is a good way to get up the rankings for sure!
