RE: Banksy in Park City, Utah

I don't know whats up with the protective covering over it. Thats the texture you see in the photos. I don't know if it is shattered or maybe intended to distort photos to protect Banksy's work from photographers 🤔 I definitely need to plan another trip back to find the other works.
