Lake Dunmore study
A nice shot of Lake Dunmore with sunlight on the mountain and a little ice on the lake.
Many of you know I photography the lake every day. And then occasionally publish some of the days showing the different moods of the lake.
People often say there are many more words to describe snow and ice in Inuktitut - the languate of the Inuit people.
Spending a little time down that rabbit hole I guess this is a bit controversial 🤦
So I will just say when you live with a place, with a view, an image. When you see it everyday. You see subtlety and search for how to express it.
I wish I were a poet and could use language to effectively describe the day to day changes in the lake. But I can snap a photo. And share.

Thanks littlebee 🙏🙏
You are welcome 🤗
You are so right about views. Those of us who are surround by such amazing views sometimes take them for granted. I can almost picture the change you wish you could put in words thanks to your amazing shots. Looks like the wind might of been picking up a little in that last one with how the water is starting to ripple.
Thanks. Always important to be grateful for the beauty out there 👍
