In short: you play games / complete surveys to be able to earn some bucks which could be paid out in for example LTC. I haven't done surveys but played 3 games. Monopoly Go payed me about $250 (is an exception), Word collect payed me about $20 and another one Idle banker of something $0,40 (this one definitely wasn't worth it). Besides these I ordered some free boxers through a subscription (ofcourse they hope you never stop the subscription) which earned me $6.
