Preparando por primera vez un jugo de buganvilia, con piña y limón 🍋🍍🌸.//Preparing for the first time a bougainvillea juice, with pineapple and lemon 🍋🍍🌸.(Es)(Eng)
Hello, hello! How are you? I'm here for the first time to share my first juice preparation. Today I bring you a delicious and refreshing bougainvillea lemonade. It's the first time I've made this delicious drink, and it's also the first time I tried it. I can tell you, it has a really interesting flavor. It's a mix of the acidity of the lemon and, curiously, I tasted a flavor that reminded me of strawberry or watermelon juice. Well, I don't really know what it tasted like exactly, but it wasn't unpleasant! In short, it's a very refreshing drink, and that's why I think this would be the perfect one to present here.

(Materiales a usar:)(Materials to use:)
- Flor de buganvilia
- Una rodaja de piña
- Azúcar o miel al gusto
- Un limon
- Un envase para servir
- Una taza de agua
- Una olla, colador y la licuadora
- Bougainvillea flower
- A slice of pineapple
- Sugar or honey to taste
- A lemon
- A serving container
- A cup of water
- A pot, colander, and blender
(Procedimiento:)(Procedure:)

Paso nro 1
Paso nro 1
The first step in preparing this lemonade is selecting the right flowers. It's important to ensure the bougainvillea flowers are fresh and haven't been chemically treated. I started by carefully removing the stem from each flower, as I only needed the petals. Their strong fuchsia color is what gives the drink its striking color. After collecting the necessary petals, I rinsed them in water to remove any impurities or residue.

Paso nro 2
Paso nro 2
Once the petals were clean, I placed them in a pot with just a cup of water. This step is crucial, as I want to extract as much color and flavor from the petals as possible. I boiled the mixture and let it sit for about 15-20 minutes. During this time, the water turned a beautiful fuchsia, showing that the color had been extracted from the petals. After this, I let the mixture cool slightly, which also helps intensify the flavors.

Paso nro 3
Paso nro 3
Once the essence is a little cooler, it's time to prepare the drink. To do this, I'm going to use a blender. I'll place the essence in the blender and then squeeze a whole lemon. The acidity of the lemon will perfectly complement the floral flavor of the bougainvillea. I also cut a pineapple slice into several pieces. I began blending everything until I obtained a homogeneous mixture. The aroma that came out of the blender was simply irresistible. Once everything was well blended, I strained the mixture to remove any residue from the petals and obtain a smooth, clear liquid.
Paso nro 4
Paso nro 4
After straining, I added the sugar. I didn't add much, as I don't like very sweet juice; I prefer the natural flavor of the ingredients to shine through. However, this step is entirely up to taste, so if you prefer a sweeter juice, feel free to adjust the amount of sugar or honey.

Paso nro 5
Paso nro 5
Finally, I served the bougainvillea lemonade ice-cold, with a few ice cubes to make it even more refreshing. At first sip, I was delighted with the combination of flavors: the acidity of the lemon, the sweetness of the pineapple, and the floral fragrance of the bougainvillea blended beautifully. It's a drink that's not only delicious but also visually appealing, perfect for sharing at gatherings or enjoying on a sunny day.
(Resultado final:)(Bottom line:)
Bougainvillea lemonade is more than just a drink; it's an experience that awakens the senses and celebrates the beauty of nature. I encourage you to experiment in the kitchen, explore new flavors, and enjoy the little pleasures life offers. Don't forget to share this recipe with friends and family—they're sure to love it! Every sip of this refreshing drink is an invitation to savor the moment and create unforgettable memories.

I never thought that Bougainvillea flowers can be made into a drink, this is interesting to me and it looks refreshing.
Hello, this drink is really great. I didn't know either, and when I saw how it was made, I went looking for this plant to try and see how it was. Of course, first I made sure it was really possible because I had never heard of it here where I live, but in Mexico they consume it.
