Thank you, and that's why we so often take these walks as nature is the place to be if one wants peace and tranquility. On a number of levels, life has become very "noisy" and rushed, but a slow walk in nature can help to neutralize the noise and our racing thoughts. Hope you get time to also explore your environment.
