The theme of the weekly contest today is a useful topic for managing your HIVE profile. Today we reflect and ask ourselves what we do with our Hive Power

The actions that can be done with the HP that we own are precisely 3: Delegate, care, accumulate.
Which of the three is more important than the others? For me the answer is clear, all three.
I like to compare HIVE to the combustion process, or the fire triangle.
To start the combustion process we need the fire triad. Here is the list of the three elements:
-The fuel: The substance that burns.
-The oxidizer: which allows the reaction (usually oxygen)
-The Ignition source: A source of energy that raises the temperature of the fuel to the ignition point.

So to make HIVE work well, to make our profile burn well we need to delegate, cure and accumulate. This is the fire triangle of HIVE.

The fuel: accumulate
Our fuel is the Hive Power, our HP, that is the substance that burns. The more we have, the more benefits we will produce. So accumulating is a phase that must not be overlooked because it is part of the combustion process of our profile. Do we want a profile that is off or a profile that is nice and lit like a fireplace that warms us in the winter? Then we need to think about accumulating HP.

The oxidizer: delegate
The oxidizer in the combustion process is usually oxygen, it allows the reaction. Delegating is our oxygen and it is important because it gives vitality to the HIVE ecosystem, it allows us to create reactions within the ecosystem. Delegating to users who carry out important projects helps the same projects to move forward with development. Delegating gives oxygen to the various initiatives on HIVE. HP can be delegated to authors who are good, but do not have the finances to grow, so the good authors stay on HIVE. In short, delegating is like lending a little of our oxygen.
However, I recommend not delegating more than 20% of your HP so as not to lighten your influence in the curation phase that we will see now, curation will be our third element to start the combustion of our profile and keep it lit permanently.

The Ignition Source: Curing
In combustion, the trigger is a source of energy (heat) that raises the temperature of the fuel to the ignition point… and everything starts to burn. To trigger our profile we must cure, we must make our heat felt. Curating means following the profiles we like the most, upvoting them and commenting. HIVE is not just any social network, you can also learn a lot from comments. Interaction in HIVE often coincides with the discovery of something new. Interaction in HIVE can be a comparison between two different views that can find a meeting point.
Giving a little warmth helps others to be alive and to interact with us. Do we want to start the combustion and make our profile burn? Then our source of ignition is curating.

Conclusions
Delegate, heal, accumulate: what do I do with my Hive Power? With my Hive Power I perform all three operations because I believe that these must be performed all without distinction. I like to draw a parallel between HIVE and the fire triangle. If we want to light up our profile, we must use all three fundamental elements: delegate, heal, accumulate, only in this way will the combustion of our HIVE profile start.

Il tema del contest settimanale oggi è un argomento utile per la gestione del proprio profilo di HIVE. Oggi riflettiamo e ci chiediamo cosa facciamo con il nostro Hive Power

Le azioni che si possono fare con gli HP che possediamo sono appunto 3: Delegare, curare, accumulare.
Quale delle tre è più importante delle altre? Per me la risposta è chiara, tutte e tre.
Mi piace paragonare HIVE al processo di combustione, ovvero al triangolo del fuoco.
Per avviare il processo di combustione abbiamo bisogno della triade del fuoco. Qui di seguito l’elenco dei tre elementi:
-Il combustibile: La sostanza che brucia.
-L’ossidante: che permette la reazione (generalmente l’ossigeno)
-La fonte di Innesco: Una sorgente di energia che eleva la temperatura del combustibile fino al punto di innesco.

Quindi per far funzionare bene HIVE, per far bruciare bene il nostro profilo abbiamo bisogno di delegare, curare e accumulare. Questo è il triangolo del fuoco di HIVE.

Qui di seguito quello che io intendo per il triangolo del fuoco di HIVE

Il combustibile: accumulare
Il nostro combustibile sono gli Hive Power, i nostri HP, è quella la sostanza che brucia. Più ne abbiamo e più produrremo benefici. Quindi accumulare è una fase che non deve essere trascurata perché fa parte del processo di combustione del nostro profilo. Vogliamo un profilo spento o un profilo bello acceso come un camino che riscalda d’inverno? Allora dobbiamo pensare ad accumulare HP.

L’ossidante: delegare
L’ossidante nel processo di combustione di solito è l’ossigeno, esso permette la reazione. Delegare è il nostro ossigeno ed è importante perché dà vitalità all’ecosistema di HIVE, permette di creare reazioni all'interno dell'ecosistema. Delegare ad utenti che portano avanti progetti importanti aiuta gli stessi progetti ad andare avanti con lo sviluppo. Delegare da ossigeno alle varie iniziative su HIVE. Si possono delegare HP ad autori che sono bravi, ma non dispongono di finanze per crescere, così i bravi autori rimangono su HIVE. Insomma delegare è come dare in prestito un poco del nostro ossigeno.
Consiglio comunque di non delegare più del 20% del proprio HP per non andare ad alleggerire la propria influenza nella fase di curation che vedremo ora, la curation sarà il nostro terzo elemento per far partire la combustione del nostro profilo e tenerlo acceso in maniera permanente.

La fonte di Innesco: curare
Nella combustione l'innesco è una sorgente di energia (il calore) che eleva la temperatura del combustibile fino al punto di innesco… e tutto inizia a bruciare. Per innescare il nostro profilo dobbiamo curare, dobbiamo far sentire il nostro calore. Curare vuol dire seguire i profili che più ci piacciono, upvotarli e commentare. HIVE non è un social qualunque, dai commenti si possono anche imparare tantissime cose. L’interazione in HIVE coincide spesso con la scoperta di qualcosa di nuovo. L'interazione in HIVE può essere un confronto tra due vedute diverse che possono trovare un punto d’incontro.
Donare un po' di calore aiuta gli altri ad essere vivi e ad interagire con noi. Vogliamo far partire la combustione e far bruciare il nostro profilo? Allora la nostra fonte di innesco è curare.

Conclusioni
Delegare, curare, accumulare: cosa faccio con il mio Hive Power? Con il mio Hive Power eseguo tutte e tre le operazioni perché credo che queste debbano essere eseguite tutte senza distinzione. Mi piace fare un parallelismo tra HIVE ed il triangolo del fuoco. Se vogliamo far accendere il nostro profilo, dobbiamo usare tutti e tre gli elementi fondamentali: delegare, curare, accumulare, solo così partirà la combustione del nostro profilo HIVE.
