Introduction
This week's theme wants us to reflect on what we'll take with us after this summer of 2025.
Below, we'll look in detail at the three things I'm taking with me after having spent a summer that I'd dare call finally normal.
Full of energy

This summer, unlike the last four summers, I was able to go to the beach often. Plus, during the two weeks of vacation, my family and I had a really nice time, without any commitments. I'm not kidding, it was truly the first summer in a few years in which, during the holidays, we were able to completely disconnect from life's various problems. This time, I'm leaving the summer feeling truly energized. It's been a long time since my batteries were recharged during a break.
Now I feel like I can rekindle those things that were fading. Now I feel like if I have to fight for something, at least I have some strength.

Another thing I'm taking away from this summer is the various reunions with friends I haven't seen in years. It was really nice to see our friends again, with whom we'd spoken by phone or online, but hadn't hung out in a while. We managed to organize three evenings where I saw all the people closest to me again. We recounted our past years and future plans, exchanging tips, advice, and experiences.
We finally managed to laugh a little and understand that, deep down, everyone's life has changed, but that ultimately, we're still here and we're still ourselves.

In the end, combining points 1 and 2 gives rise to point 3. What else do I take away from this summer? The desire to do things!
Yes, it's a feeling I haven't felt in years. From this summer, I'm taking away a renewed desire to exercise and take new training courses.
Those who follow me will surely have noticed that I enjoy writing technical training articles, and I've regained the desire to take new training courses and keep up to date.
Conclusions
After this summer, more precisely, after the holiday period, I'm taking away a nice boost of energy, wonderful reunions with friends, and a renewed desire to get things done. I hope all this energy lasts until the end of the year, but it will certainly end before September.

Introduzione
Il tema di questa settimana ci vuole far riflettere cosa portiamo con noi di nuovo dopo questa estate 2025
Qui di seguito vediamo nel dettaglio le tre cose che porto con me dopo aver passato un’estate che oserei definire finalmente normale.
Pieno di energia

Questa estate, differentemente dalle ultime 4 estati, sono riuscito ad andare al mare spesso, inoltre nelle due settimane di ferie io e la mia famiglia abbiamo passato proprio un bel periodo di vacanza, senza nessun impegno. Non scherzo, è stata veramente la prima estate dopo un po’ di anni in cui, durante il periodo delle vacanze, siamo riusciti a staccare completamente dalle varie problematiche della vita. QUesta volta esco dall’estate con un vero pieno di energia. Era da molto tempo che le mie batterie non riuscivano a ricaricarsi durante un periodo di pausa.
Ora sento che quelle cose che si stavano spegnendo posso riaccenderle, ora sento che se devo lottare per qualcosa, almeno dispongo di un po’ di forza.
Aggiornamento con gli amici

Un’altra cosa che porto via da questa estate sono i vari incontri con amici che non vedevo da anni. E’ stato molto bello rivedere i nostri amici, con i quali ci siamo sentiti per telefono o internet, ma da tempo non uscivamo insieme. Siamo riusciti ad organizzare 3 serate in cui ho rivisto tutte le persone a me più care. Ci siamo così raccontati gli ultimi anni di vita e le intenzioni future, scambiandoci suggerimenti, consigli ed esperienza.
Finalmente siamo riusciti a farci qualche risata e a capire che in fondo a tutti è cambiata la vita, ma che alla fine siamo ancora qui e siamo ancora noi.
La voglia di fare

Alla fine, unendo il punto 1 ed il punto 2 si da origine al punto 3. Cosa altro mi porto via da questa estate? La voglia di fare!
Si, è una sensazione che non provavo da anni. Da questa estate mi porto via una voglia rinnovata di fare esercizio fisico e di fare nuovi corsi di formazione.
Chi mi segue avrà certamente notato che mi piace scrivere articoli di formazione tecnica, e mi è tornata la voglia di fare nuovi corsi di formazione ed aggiornarmi.
Conclusioni
Dopo questa estate, più precisamente dopo il periodo di vacanza, mi porto via una bella ricarica di energia, delle belle rimpatriate con amici e una rinnovata voglia di fare. Spero che tutta questa carica e tutta questa energia possa durare fino alla fine dell’anno, ma finirà certamente prima che se ne vada settembre.

Sembra che tu abbia avuto una bell'estate, con tempo (finalmente) per andare al mare spesso, goderti una buona vacanza con famiglia e amici... cioè un'estate normale ma piacevole che tanti vorrebbero. Quindi sei stato fortunato, e soprattutto perchè l'estate ti ha regalato la motivazione di voler fare cose, come scrivere e tante altre, e con molta energia rinnovata. Ha davvero approfitto bene l'estate!!!
