People with a bit of power are known to exploit it. In the entertainment world that ought to be picked up on and dealt with. Women have always suffered from unwanted attention, but not been taken seriously if they complain. I see Noel Clarke just lost his case for similar behaviour and he's from a different generation. There have been plenty of others. Not every unwanted remark has to lead to sacking if people will accept they were wrong and change their behaviour, but if they are allowed to keep doing it then they will.
The 'anti-woke' brigade will no doubt say he was unfairly treated.
