I assume someone is looking to make money and there may be discoveries from it. The technology to sequence genes is pretty cheap now.

I meant to mention that house that got burnt out a while back. The one next door looks empty too. Prices are going up around here with the train to London, but not in the millions yet. They are building lots of new ones so the area will change. I get to see a lot of places around here on my runs and some new routes will open up soon.

What kind of houses are they building?I've noticed that whenever they put 'luxury' in the description they are usually anything but.
I hope they build places that people can actually afford. That would be different. 👍

The new houses don't look too bad, but they won't get much garden. I've not been in any. They are not cheap, but prices have gone up so much in the time we've lived here so I wonder what the next generation will do.
