@steevc just finished a 6.1km run, that lasted for 36 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 422.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
It was our regular pub music session last night that is always fun. I tried another Bowie song for the first time and it went fairly well. We get a great mix of music there.

This morning was looking slightly frosty and definitely cooler than my last run. I was planning on my usual interval runs up the hill and I did the full set today. Top speed of under 5min/km was good, but I need to be able to maintain that for longer. At least my body can get used to moving quicker.

It was nice and bright so we should get plenty of solar power. We are getting into the time of year when we can make a profit on most days. I think Octopus may be adjusting the rates a bit so we will see what impact that has.

It is nice seeing nature waking up with lots more colour around. There are daffodils everywhere and some trees are in blossom. As usual I saw a few dogs being walked. One I see regularly ran towards me again, but it does not get aggressive.

I hope you are enjoying your day. Get outside if you can.

Run free.

I didn't bother getting up to work out this morning, but I will probably get back at it tomorrow. Plus, I think I might be able to get out and play a round of disc golf this weekend, so I am excited about that.

It can be hard to get motivated sometimes. I try to make it a habit to run, but never aim for every day. Enjoy your golf.

We usually try to make it up on the weekend if we skip a day through the week.

Your body needs some recovery time. I will walk or do a few gentle exercises on other days.

I don't mind the cold. Heat is more of a problem.
