Description from Strava:
The title is from the Netflix series we are watching. It is a grueling tale of a family struggling with a daughter on drugs who has disappeared, but they keep throwing in more characters and plots. Not sure how it will play out.

Today was looking nice out, but it looks like it rained last night and more is coming. My legs were not fully recovered from yesterday, but this is when I have time for a longer run. I think one of the cats tried to get me up by tapping on my hand, but I wanted longer in bed.

I went up past the parkrun course. It is slightly muddy up there, but not too bad really. Around Champney's (aka Henlow Grange) there has been some road resurfacing going on. They get a lot of celebrity visitors, so will want to make a good impression.

The track up past the lakes to Langford was okay. I saw a few other runners out there. With various races coming up people will be keen to train. I was pretty worn out by 10km, but kept going. I will need to work up to a half marathon.

The old tractor has been outside the pub in Clifton for a while. I am surprised it is left outside.

On the way back to Henlow I was catching up with another older guy, but we went different ways. I just wanted to get back by then and took the shorter way. I do prefer to keep away from the noisy main road. I jogged up over the footbridge on the way out, but walked on the way back.

That is over 20k for the weekend, so not too bad really. I need to keep up my runs during the week too, but I also need my rest days.

75 minutes is my 10km goal. We've kind of spoken about this but that is the pace that I feel very comfortable at and from what I have seen of you, you are more svelte than I am and it isn't surprising that you are able to get another 2.5 in there with the same time passing. Well done buddy! I'm impressed. I'll get there someday or maybe I wont, I might just be too big and honestly I don't want to lose the muscle mass that I might have to lose in order to get a bunch faster

I'm fairly slim, but I'm not against building a bit of upper body muscle. I'm willing to compromise my running performance, but then I'm doing okay on that really.
