@steevc just finished a 9.59km run, that lasted for 74 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 606.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
It is November already and that means the Move-ember challenge at work. I will be logging more activities to help my team clock up more kilometres.

It was a nice morning for parkrun at Henlow Bridge Lakes and another milestone for me. I need to get to 250 to qualify for a shirt, but I still have not got the 100 run one. We had some rain last night so the ground was slightly soft, but not too bad.

I started off a little too quick before settling into a pace I can sustain. I paid for it later as the last lap was hard. I finished in the top quarter, but the time was slower than some recent runs.

I went for a coffee with some parkrunners before joining my other half to check out the book sale at the church. There was nothing to interest me and I have plenty to read, but they were also getting rid of some old audio equipment as they have a new system. There were various radio microphones. I do not really need those, but I let my fellow musicians know. I did pick up a DI box that may be useful.

We have also done the weekly food shop, but I did not log those steps. It is that time of year when there is a lot going on with Halloween and bonfire night within a week. We did not have any kids come to our house last night, but then we had no decorations to attract them.

Enjoy your weekend and run free!

Oh, THANK YOU 🙏🏽 for reminding me of Bonfire Night! I’ve always been away from the UK on the firey 🔥 evening.

I wonder what flames LEEDS will have on offer.

There’s an amazing film, Gunpowder, well worth watching on Guy Fawkes.

I expect you will see some fireworks from your balcony. There is bound to be a big display in Leeds, so I hope the weather is good. We get some near us, but we tend to stay in. The cats will not be impressed by the noise.

Not seen that film. There was a TV drama recently about the gunpowder plot that I saw part of. Those were brutal times with religious factions being nasty to each other.

OMG, if I work out my grammarly antecedents just so, I can read this as @steevc was part of the gunpowder plot! 💥

Nonetheless, you’re a powerful light, my friend! 🥰

At first, the last pic about hocus pocus is simply fantastic and, for me, it could be on my kitchen every day! 😁
About the kids come to houses, the same here. Nobody knocked at our door, the next year I'll have to place something to say they can find some candies for kids here. 🙃

I see plenty of such signs about coffee. I do feel I need one to start my day, but I did the run first.

We did have some sweets in case any kids came, but they can be used elsewhere. Our kids are all grown up now.

I just sent some to the Green Zone community. @hive-164923
It's a new and growing community.

There are many newbees in Waves who are working hard to earn POINTS.

I sent them some more as I won't use them.

Thanks! Since POINTS can be used by newbees to receive a 200HP delegation from Ecency, it is a great way to help new members get necessary RC.
