@steevc just finished a 7.13km run, that lasted for 43 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 533.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
I have probably used this title before as a pun about back troubles. I have put mine out doing things like gardening, but on Saturday I just woke up with it being painful so I did not get to parkrun. I am happy to report that it was much better by Tuesday evening and I was able to sleep better. Today I felt up to trying a run.

I was happy to take it easy depending on how it felt, but it was really not too bad. I just did the usual Fairfield loop and it did not feel too hard to get up the hill. It is looking very autumnal there as the many trees start to lose their leaves.

I saw a fair few people up there. Some were walking their dogs, including the one I often see with wheels at the back. There was also a lady running with her dog. I did not spot any squirrels this time.

As usual I had some podcasts, including Somewhere on Earth with technology news from around the world.

I felt fine when I got back and have not had significant issues with my back. I feel it is not quite fully recovered yet. I hope to be back at parkrun this week.

Run free and stay well.

My foot is finally getting back to normal, so I am hoping by next Tuesday I will be able to hit the treadmill again. It's getting quite chilly here now that fall is settling in!

Good to hear you are healing. We old guys seem to have our issues. It's cooler here too, but I was okay in a t-shirt.
