Morning Run: Child's Play

I was helping out at parkrun again yesterday as they seemed desperate for volunteers. There were over 200 finishers again. I was keen to do a long run today as I am making good progress with my running.
The weather has been a little cooler lately, but it warmed up this morning whilst I was out. I did my loop over to Letchworth this time. That starts with the usual run up to Fairfield. It looks like there was either an organised run or just kids having fun as there were messages all along the path encouraging people to run. I went through to the main road that undulates on the way to Standalone Farm where I got away from the road for a while.
I went straight through towards Norton. On the common there was a race going on that seemed to be mostly kids. I do not keep up with all the local events and do not enter many races. I may do the local 10k again.
Coming out of Norton I went off into Radwell Meadows before rejoining the road back to Stotfold. I managed a personal best through the underpass. In general I was trying to keep under 6min/km and had to speed up at times. This route has some hills that make that hard work.
I did not do any extra diversions as the run was going to be long enough anyway. I felt I had done enough when I got home.
We have been working in the garden again today. It is looking quite good now and we have more things to plant.

14 km running wow this is amazing! I can only run for one kilometer without stopping.
You look young. I'm sure you could do more if you train.
start with one, or walk 500 meters of it, then just try to do a little bit more the next time. you can't go from nothing to everything and if you try to do that, you will fail and then get frustrated and quit. Baby steps is the name of the game here. For example: I really admire @steevc because of his endurance so I started doing 5ks. I couldn't run all of it and would normally walk at least half of it. Here we are months later and I run 5k 3 times a week without stopping and now I am working on 10k runs. Just like with anything, it gets much easier as time goes by!

I tried talking to @themarkymark a while ago, but he just told me to mute you so I gave up. He's an arsehole, but probably proud of that. I can see he started downvoting you a year ago over 'Reward disagreement'. You have been on the attack ever since and that probably keeps you on his naughty list. Whatever you may think posting the same comment many times each day will be seen as spam by some.
I've seen him forgive others who were less aggressive. He has power here and has no need to fear you. You can see he likes to wind you up with his crappy GIFs and memes. That's why I suggested that you don't let him get to you.
I don't think it's about your 'original content' or whether HW approved you. It's looking like a grudge and you have to find ways to make peace with him. I don't really care if he is @blocktrades, but I doubt it. Whoever it is they don't care about me.
He's muted you and he will probably mute me too, but here's a chance for him to respond. Just saying 'He knows why' gets us nowhere.
My message to him is:

If nobody stops then it goes on forever. It's just a feud now and I doubt it has anything to do with your posts. Marky will automate his downvotes as long as he wants to. It is petty and I asked him to stop. This is why I said you should ignore him as he's muting you anyway.
The buildawhale stuff is something to do with controlling the Hive value and all the rewards are burned, but I don't know much about it. I assume Marky controls that account and blocktrades supports the burning, but Marky can also use it for downvotes.
I think that blocktrades would probably leave you alone if you stopped commenting and mentioning him, but I don't talk to him. People can react to things they find annoying.
You can see what Marky said to me yesterday when I called him an arsehole. I have given up on him as he won't help me in this mess you dragged me into and he thinks I'm an idiot. I don't know what you have seen, but these people are still not my friends. If you have evidence then show it as I know who I talk to.
