Lunch Run: Denied!

@steevc just finished a 6.2km run, that lasted for 38 minutes.

Description from Strava:
After missing a couple of Tuesday runs I got out today and the weather was pretty good. It was sunny and not cold. I tend to make use of the hills here to make me work hard, but I am not quite up to sprinting intervals yet. Just getting up the big hill was hard enough, but I made it up to the lakes.

I often take a path down from there, but today it was fenced off as some digging is going on there so I had to take the long way around. It is not a particularly long loop anyway and I try not to be more than an hour or so away from my desk.

I had a couple of short walks, but tried to keep running for the rest. I took it easy on the climbs. As usual I was well warmed up when I got back for a shower and took a while to cool down.

We had a few sweet treats in the office as someone was leaving. I may have indulged a little, but I burned a few calories today.

It is nice to see my solar panels soaking up the sunshine lately. I keep an eye on my app, but the joy of solar is that you really do not have to do anything.
