Fires Are Rampaging Throughout Greece , Europe And The World

Once again, fires are rampaging across Greece, and this time they appear even more menacing and destructive. The reason behind this escalation is that for over a month now, the Fire Department, the army, and all other government agencies have been fighting the fires. Despite their prolonged battle, even more fires have emerged in various parts of Greece, compounding the challenge. Exhaustion has settled in among the responders, and the entire system has struggled to regroup, further exacerbating the situation.

At present, the most significant fires are affecting the following regions:

Athens
Magnisia
Viotia
Xalkidiki
The largest one is in Alexandroupoli, where 17 lives have already been lost. This fire is encroaching upon military areas containing heavy ammunition. Hopefully, it won't reach the military bases, but the army is putting forth every effort to prevent an explosion. If an explosion were to occur, it could lead to catastrophic consequences.
