or rather a way of not taking care of yourself

personal grooming is a truck

personal grooming is not a practice

and neither is it something that includes bathing

much less washing your hands, brushing your teeth

personal grooming does not involve brushing

personal cleanliness is not brushing your teeth

much less or much less grooming.
