Taking bulls by horns. [Take it or leave it.]

Life is complicated and the situation is getting more worse. Sometimes it get so complicated that we end up putting ourself in a pit. I have a bitter taste of it today. The time has so much changed that it is pretty difficult to provide any helping hand to anyone. I am sure i have to change my helping attitude.

Today's instance put me in doubt. Is it ok to move forward to provide your helping hand? My nature is always like to help anybody, the way I am capable to help them. I alwsys avoid giving financial help, as People generally forgets the good deeds when provided with monetory help. So I can step ahead in any other matters with open mind. So it means I am quite helpful, whenever I find people in distress, I went to them and try to resolve all the issue.

Today, I found a middle aged lady in distress. She was sitting on one of the railway platform and talking to someone in high pitch voice. On listening, it, I was understood, she had some issue with the train reservation. She was boarding the same train as mine. She was village women with lessor travelling experince on train and also unaware about the reservation and seats on train and travelling on a wait list ticket. Wait list category, are the one which was not been reserved and the seats allocated in case of any cancellation of unboarding in the last minute. So she has an unreserved ticket with her.

She was looking very rusty and exhausted, and completelly confused. I went her to help and to explain her how to travel in such situation. I was open to provide any kind of help to her. But interestingly her reaction and array of doubts put me in backfoot. I was taken by surprise with her reaction. She seems to confuse me more. Even after clarifying her doubt, she did held me responsible for approaching her with bad intention. Moreover, she was furious with her questions that really made me exhausted. Even I made her clear, to ease her travel more comfy. I was not expected her reaction. At the end i have to walk from her.

Messing with an illiterate person alwsys makes the situation awkward. Rather than understanding the things theybremain rigid with their level of understanding. They are limited with their knowledge and does not want to add on more into their bucket. This is what happening to the lady. She was very much rigid to her known one whom she was talking over the phone. It was like a brainwashed mind, which never ready to accept any other insight into any matter. They remain focus on whatever they have with them. I do spend some good time at my village with poor villagers but I never been to this kind of situation.

Feeling pity for myself, unable to change my approach to life.
