Medication is not one-size-fits-all solution !

Our fast paced lifestyle has made our body very prone to diseases. Changing lifestyle patterns had complicated our health by contributing to chronic diseases and other health issues. Factors like poor diet, lack of physical activity, and high stress, leads to conditions like obesity, heart disease, and diabetes. This made excessive dependency on medicine . The moment we feel uneasy and uncomfortable we quickly goes to doctors to take a medicine consultancy. The dependency on medicine has been increasing day by day. It becomes an integral part of diet. In an endevour to live healthy many people prefer medication than improving their lifestyle. However, they were ignoring the facts thay too much dose of medication can have multiple side effects.

We should take a leaf out of our earlier lifestyle. They were living a simple lifestyle, and ultimately they were less prone to health complication. Rather than consulting a doctor or health expert they prefer to try home made remedies and trust their immune system. Every human being are build with their own immune shield that protects them from flu and other disease. It is the resistant power that protects our body from external harmful factors. But now people are relying more on medicine than improving their lifestyle or trusting their internal immune power.

Medication cannot solve every health issue. While medications can effectively treat symptoms and manage many conditions, they don't always offer a cure and can have limitations. For example, pain relievers can help manage the pain from a pulled muscle, but they don't fix the muscle itself. Similarly, medications for high blood pressure or cholesterol can help control the condition but don't necessarily eliminate the root cause.

Mindfull lifestyle..

For many conditions, lifestyle changes (like diet, exercise, and stress management) are vital, even when taking medication. These changes can improve the effectiveness of medications, potentially reduce the need for them, or even allow for discontinuation of medication in some cases. Few years ago I had multiple issues due to my irregular eating habits. I avoided home cooked food and relied kostly on office canteen and sometime restaurant or street food. Above that, I have a sitting job at office that requires a lot of mental pressure. Eventually, I had constipation and bloating issue along with increase in weight. I reached out to our office medical team who suggested some acidity tablets alongwith vitamin. Unable to see any changes I further consulted a medicine practitioner who added few more tablets. After trying out few tablets and unable to get relief, I shifted to my approach towards holistic approach. I made certain changes in lifestyle and started feeling the difference. Apart from avoiding outside food, I started drinking lukewarm water on an empty stomach in the morning followed by running. I adapted to take home cooked food and included warm water during the day time too. It was tough in begining, but gradually, I started feeling the difference, I start shading some weight and followed by better bowel movement. What the medication had not done in a month time, I was better in few days. My work stress level gone, I get more energetic, due to morning workouts and started feeling more likely. A little alteration in the lifestyle did gave me some positive results and I was happy of managing everything. I get rid of my health complication without any medication and it felt better.

I firmly belive that medication is not the solution of all our health issue. We should trust our immune systme and follow a gealrhy lifestyle. While taking medication, It is important to have open communication with healthcare providers about the benefits and risks of medications. Patients should be involved in the decision-making process and have a clear understanding of the role of medication in their overall treatment plan.

In is important to understand that, while medications are essential tools for managing and treating many health issues, they are not a one-size-fits-all solution. A holistic approach that includes lifestyle changes, therapy, and shared decision-making with healthcare providers is often necessary for optimal health outcomes.

In good faith - Peace!!
