Little thin bunch of Orange Fungi.

Beauty is everywhere, we just need the correct mindset to find them and enjoy life. I always used to get fascinated by the gifts of nature. There are abundant of them around us. Finding them and appreciating their beauty is worth of a meaning. Many peoole ignore them but not in my case. This is what I felt when I noticed the yellow looking #fungi growing over a wooden log.

Thanks to the overnight rain, the wooden log kept on the terrace is completelly drenched in water. The moisture make this little fungi growing on the log. It appears to be very cute with the glowing yellow colours on the black background. At first they appears to be a thin bunch of hair, but on closer look it gives me the clear shot of what it is. Here are some of the picture I took while keeping myself distant.

They appears to be very delicate. Doing a little investigation on internet, these appears to be Dacryopinax fungi. These typically grow on decaying wood, particularly hardwoods, in humid, temperate to subtropical environments. Dacryopinax species thrive on decaying wood, such as logs, stumps, and fallen branches. They are often found in forests and woodland. They are known for its orange-yellow, spatula-shaped fruiting bodies.

I literally enjoyed its presence on my terrace. It is a addition to the numerous natural colour that can be found my terrace. A wonderful gift of the nature. Just appreciate the little things beauty.

In good faith - Peace!!
