In the midst of chaos, I find peace !
Our modern lifestyle, with its fast-paced environment, constant demands, and societal pressures, can often lead us to chronic stress, which is a major trigger for anxiety. The anxiety cases are on rise these days. Social isolation, jobs insecurity, the fear of illness or death, significantly impacting mental well-being. The continuous stream of negative thoughts associated with overthinking can lead to heightened stress, restlessness, and other negative emotions, all of which can exacerbate #anxiety. Overthinking can make it difficult to make decisions due to the constant weighing of options and potential consequences, leading to feelings of being overwhelmed and anxious. The excessive thinking can lead to rumination, where individuals repeatedly rehash past events or worry about future outcomes, ultimately exacerbating anxiety symptoms.

In todays time each one of us lives in certain level of fear in life which made it hard for people to cope with it. They are clueless about the situation and ultimately suffers from stress and ultimately to expose themselves to anxiety. A positive mindset encourages individuals to challenge negative or irrational thoughts that can fuel anxiety. Instead of accepting these thoughts as facts, individuals can learn to reframe them and focus on the positive aspects of a situation.
I have seen people giving up their life due to unwanted stress. After noticing many cases, I simply avoid any kind of stress that can make me anxious. I personally belive that everything is #destined in life. One can not change the fate. I have seen it multiple times. There were times, when I used to get anxious. It was a decades ago. My anxious does not lead me to anywhere. Infact, even if I try harder in those situation, the outcomes is not in my favour. This made me to change my mindset. I know I might sound quite orthodox but this is what I am today. I turned bit spiritual in life, which made me to avoid any kind of tension and worries.
If somebody asks me, if I have anxious about something than my answer would be NO. The idea that every event in life is destined, also known as predestination or fate, is a belief that all events, including our actions, thoughts, and choices, are predetermined and not subject to free will. Some argue that if everything is destined, there's no point in trying or striving for goals, while others believe that even if destiny is fixed, effort and choices still matter in shaping one's experience.
A belief in destiny can encourage acceptance of events as they unfold, rather than clinging to a desire for control. This can reduce the stress and anxiety associated with feeling overwhelmed by the future. When a belief in destiny is strong, it can shift the focus from anxious thoughts about the future to a more mindful engagement with the present moment. This can be a powerful tool for managing anxiety, as dwelling on the future is a common trigger for anxiety. Believing in one's own destiny can foster a sense of self-confidence and resilience. This can help individuals navigate challenges and setbacks with more ease, reducing the need to constantly seek external validation.
A belief in destiny can provide a sense of meaning and purpose in life, which can be a powerful buffer against anxiety. This sense of purpose can help individuals feel more connected to something larger than themselves, which can reduce feelings of isolation and anxiety.
If you are struggling with anxiety, it is important to seek support from friends, family, or a mental health professional. Practicing healthy lifestyle habits such as getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, and eating a balanced diet can also help manage anxiety.
In good faith - Peace!!

My wife and I often look at each other and wonder if life will ever slow down. We don't have kids either, so I can only imagine how frantic it would be if that were part of the equation!
Belief in destiny can truly help reduce anxiety by allowing us to accept what we can't control and focus on the present
Truly to the point dear @steemflow. The fast paced lifestyle and how the world 🌍 is at this current times is causing many anxiety, especially in the areas of demand that many can not meet up with.
We should learn how to take things slowly, doing the little we could where necessary to avoid over thinking that triggers emotion and mood of anxiety.
Thanks for sharing 😇
