Having siblings means to have a lifelong support system.

One of the best phase of my life were the time spent during the childhood. Being the youngest of my sibling, I always enjoy more privileges, care and love. Infact, I am blessed to grown up with added affection with brother and sisters around. Be it food, study or sports, I alwsys had more preferences. I never seen any disconnect among us, may be I was too young to understand, or may be there was no kind of such words exists during the parenting phase. I never felt any discomfort and alwsys remain safe with my siblings around. It was only later that, I learned about siblings rivalry do exists in some of the others life.

Sibling rivalry can start when a new baby is introduced to a family, and the older sibling may feel threatened and become jealous. They feel like left and not getting much attention and this makes them feel disconnected. The older child may act aggressively towards the baby, or engage in regressive behaviors. Such things never happened to me. Even today, all my sibling enjoy each other company. Although, we are all busy with respective life, it does not make us to stay disconnected. Even at times of emergency, we were the first to approach. In my opinion, Sibling relationships are emotionally charged and can be defined by strong emotions. They can also be characterized by intimacy, as siblings spend a lot of time together and know each other well. This can lead to opportunities for providing emotional support, engaging in pretend play, humor, conflict, and understanding each others points of view.

My siblings are my built-in best friends.

I think, all credits goes to our #parenting, who never let anyone of us feel disconnected. They give due time and attention. They alwsys make us to stay together. It was in #family legacy that we werr carrying over since ages. Like my Dad always care for his sibling till the last moment of his life. Such is the tuning among the relation that was carried over to us. Seeing the bonding, and learning the importance of staying together is what makes our relation strong. There was not much rivalry at such, and I guess, my sibling were matured much before the time. And they know how to take care of the younger ones. Growing up with siblings can have many benefits :

Siblings help each other to develop social skills by watching and listening to each other. The older one is a great position to guide the younger ones.
Siblings can provide emotional support for each other. Where there is a problem.or confusion, they are the first to respond. They are first level of contact before reaching out to parents.
Growing up with siblings can help children develop resilience. They understand the importance of bonding and strength.
Siblings can form lifelong bonds. Growing up with siblings can expose children to different perspectives.
Healthy sibling relationships can promote empathy. A Healthy sibling relationships can promote prosocial behavior.
Siblings can teach each other practical skills. They can promote academic achievement.

Growing up with sibling can be a healing experience, as they can protect each other and also avoid from feelings like loneliness, guilt, fear, and self-consciousness. I.alwsys get attention I needed at homes which made my childhood very comfortable.

As far as I know, Sibling rivalry can be sweet and sour, and fights between siblings while playing games or eating their favorite food can become fond memories as children grow up. Sometimes, the siblings get into competition which could be problematic as they get older.
Sibling rivalry can be healthy, but it can also become unhealthy. Unhealthy rivalry can include constant fighting, verbal or physical abuse, and can lead to feelings of resentment and jealousy.

A sibling is someone who knows each other better than anyone and still loves. I have a fair lovely experience and enjoy each other company.
