Exploring the urban maze, in the scorching heat.
Going out in summer can be challenging due to a combination of factors, including intense heat, high humidity, prolonged sunlight, and the risk of heat-related illnesses like heat exhaustion and heatstroke. Summer heat can be intense, and humidity can make it feel even more oppressive, leading to discomfort and sweating. In summer, everyone like to enjoy at the comfort of home. But still there are people who goes out for work related and other purpose. I was not different, even though I was not interested I was made to accompany my nephew to the nearest car dealer to buy a car for the wedding in the scorching heat. And I made a good little collection for the #wednesdaywalk
When you have wedding at home, the work wont stop eityer in summer or winter or rainy days. There are number of task that needs to be completed. And everyone will contribute to make it grand ocassion. As the wedding at my home is nearing, we have many task yet to completed. Buying a car is one of them, so my nephew took me along for the little bike ride. Generally the office and shops open in India after 10AM. So we bracing ourself to avoid any heat stroke. The temperature was approx 41° C when we went out. The road were empty, with few vehicle movement and no human in sight.
Even though the street were empty the roads appeared quite vibrant due to presence of some natural shades of pulmonary tree. The presence of orange flower simply makes the road look nice even in the heat.
We were moving in a new city, so we were not familiar with the routes. But thanks to the sign board all around we were able to reach the destination in time. In villages we do not have these sign boards. People basically track some places through their name. But city is different.
We went to #Kia motors showroom. The showroom was big and many of the car models were in display. I like the big chandeliers right at the entrance of the showroom that attracted my attention.
We did some negotiation and finalised on our car model. It was the groom choice so needed to get it finalised before the wedding day, else these showroom may ran out of the vehicle. It was a White Sonnet SUV.
I wrote a detailed post, yesterday, about the SUV purchase. We returned by evening and in between, we took some rest under the big Euclyptus tree.
I always used to fumble the name in childhood but now , I don't face any problem. By evening, we also had some cool stuff to beat the heat. A little respite after a hectic days.
It is generally said that marriage won't stop, and after spending the day out in the heat, I am sure the words were true.

Preparing for a wedding event can really be challenging because you need to organize a lot of things especially if it's a big wedding with many guests. The shade of the tree is nice, making the street look more beautiful. Eating cold sweets/desserts has become common especially in Summer. We need something cool to lighten up our mood especially in this hot weather. Good luck with the rest of the wedding preparation.
I don't think I would be able to handle the heat at all. We get a few hot days here per year, but usually it's not too bad. Prolonged would just kill me!
