Embrace the shining power of solar energy.

India is a growing economy and have seen a lot of development in last couple of years. Thanks to current government who are taking initiatives for the upliftment of rural areas and many other areas. Villages in India are alwsys a reason of concern. Many villages lack basic infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and water supply. I came from one such village where the development comes bit late than any other places. Located at one of the remotest place and surrounded by dense jungle everything gets delated. To take an example of development, you can expect the growth rate as my village is expecting it's first hospital in coming few month. The hospital building is under construction. Village in India is alwsys considered to be a place of calm and peaceful, however they lack behind in terms of development and progress. Main factors for the backwardness is the lack of Infrastructure.

My best equipment

Talking of the development work, My village had the electrification in 2015. Before 2015 rural people areas largely dependent on fire wood and cow dung for cooking. And likewise they have oil lamps and lantern for lighting, no street lights to lit the narrow roads. It was really an expensive way of living. The expense of kerosene consumption were so high that many people prefer to sleep early to save few drops of oil. Looking at the plight, I started looking for option and landed on Solar Power energy. It was in 2010 that, I research on its various benefit and managed to buy one. It proved be one of the major equipment purchase that simply change the life at my home and also it created a good awareness among the other village people.

Solar Power

The use of combustible item may proved to be hazardous, which leads to environmental problem, using solar energy I was aiming to reduce this problem. I bought a smaller solar plate for home consumption. It was all new things for villagers. I did the installation of thr solar plate on my roof and powered it with battery. I used the solar powered battery in lighting my home. Through it as many as 6 bulbs lights up my home. It was one of the most sensible and usable equipment kit I ever purchased. At least it helps in creating a good awareness among village people and gradually many villagers to adapted to this new technique.

Steps towards better environment

Now, the Solar energy is influencing our country in bigger way. With rise in electricity and fuel consumptuon. This natursl source of power is proving to be very economical. The government too is now allowing good subsidies in installing the rooftop solar panel for villagers. Solar energy contribute to sustainable development by reducing the carbon footprint of rural communities and promoting the use of clean technologies.

This is my 9th entry for INLEO prompt wrting for the m/o February.

I agree with this 💯. We also have solar plates at the house and they turned out to be really helpful in this era of inflation.

We have our half of the house installed with solar plates and we also have some batteries which charge up and provide electrical power when there is no sun.

Innovation at its best....now I see the government in India are too promoting the use of solar energy being a cost effective utility equipment.

I am very happy about the progress that is being made in your country, especially the issue of solar energy is very important, because of the costs and the use of solar energy.😃

Here in summer the maximum temperature has reached 39 degrees, only two weeks of very hot weather, then 33 or less, it's excellent! In winter the minimum is about 2 degrees. Not bad!

No doubt the solar panel make good use of the solar energy. The Goverment subsidiary scheme are playing a major role in implementing these technologies.
Good to know that you make a bench mark and other start following the same. I can imagine the pople feel when their is no electricity. In my village we get the electrification before my birt but was not reliable as it is now. The Long electricity cuts in day time as well as in night time make the life difficult
