Better of the duo.
As we grow older, we started looking for new jobs primarily to seek career growth, better compensation, improved work-life balance, new challenges, a change in career path, a better company culture, more job security, or to align their work with personal values and goals. Each one of us have struggled a lot to choose between government jobs and private jobs. Honestly, seeking a government job is not easy, due to high skill and competition. But there are two aspect, one who gets the job does not satisfied and one who does not get always regret.

One of my friend who works in corporate sector managed to get a government job. In beginingbhe was very happy, for a successful happy life ahead but soon he started regretting and started looking for jobs in private sector. His complain lies with the work profile he was handling in the government office. While he was working in private offices he get habitual to rigorous work schedule and handling various task. But once he switched to government office, he started doing some monotonous activity which does not made me happy. In 6 month time he left the government and came back to corporate where is began his career. We felt quite strange with his approach towards his career.
Many people often prefer a private jobs as compaired to a public sector job owning to higher pay packages and differrnt perks. Private sector facilities are much better in comparison to government agencies which make private sector people first choice. If we take an example, we all studied in private sectors school, even though we have many government running schools in the area. People often looking for higher and value education. But in government sector, the teachers were get lethargic due to a permanent job profile. They do not take much interest in living value education. Same happens with the hospitals and other services provided by the private agencies.
Private companies often offer better services than public entities because they are primarily driven by profit, leading to a greater focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and innovation, whereas public services are often more concerned with providing equitable access to services for the general population, which can sometimes result in less flexibility and responsiveness to individual needs. Private companies need to make a profit to survive, which incentivizes them to deliver high-quality services to attract and retain customers. In a competitive market, private companies are constantly striving to improve their services to stand out from rivals.
However, it is important to consider, While private companies prioritize profit, public services may prioritize broader social goals like universal access to essential services, even if it means slightly lower quality for some individuals. Public services are often subject to stricter regulations and oversight, which can sometimes hinder innovation and flexibility.
In good faith - Peace!!
The effort's put into work in the private sector isn't the same with public sector, and the benefit are far too different as well.
The public sector definitely doesn't pay what the private sector does. That's probably the biggest drawback for sure. We get some other benefits, but I am not sure they really equalize everything. I think the nicest thing for me is that I get more free time and that can be better than money most of the time.

The private sector do put huge amount of money in for whatever they intend to do because they are profit driven while the public sector always want to count corners and in so doing some important things are left undone.
