Aging gracefully : Age like fine wine ! [WE-225]
Recently, I got a random health check up at my sister residence. While everything was fine, the eyes specialist raises concern with my eyesight. While the finding did bothered me. I took it as more of the on time screen exposure but his instruction was enough to remind me that I have started knocking at 40's age cycle. He said that that once a person reaches 40 getting a weaker eyesight is very normal to many individuals. He made me to realize my aging year and on a second thought he warned me to be more careful in coming days.

Turning 40 can be a crucial phase in life because it can be a time for self-discovery, reinvention, and personal growth. Turning 40 can be a time to evaluate past decades and gain a clearer picture of what's important in coming days. The phase is enough to remind that we are no longer a young body anymore, and needs to be watchfull with every move. Certain action may risk our body. Well it is not a sign of getting older too fast and sooner, but enough to proceed with cautious way. And for that an individual needs to settle down on some healthy lifestyle. In my opinion, here are some of tips a person should consider at the 40 timeliness.
Exercise : Staying active is important for maintaining good health and well-being. Exercise can help you have more energy, reduce stress, and prevent health issues. While exercise alwsys been a part of lifestyle, but we need to consider some change of its style.
Sleep : Getting enough sleep is important for building muscle and allowing our brain and body to repair and restore themselves. It is advisable a 6 hours of sound sleep to relax our mind and body.
Eat a healthy diet: A diet is alwsys important for staying healthy. A healthy diet can help lower our risk of developing chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer. Avoiding spicy and junk food is way to go. With age, our digestive system changes and it is importsnt we stick to such diet that body easily absorbs.
Manage stress : Stress can raise our blood pressure and lead to damaging behaviors. Try to find something that helps us calm down and breathe better, like meditating. Avoiding workload , and reducing pressure is a way to proceed further.
A study found that the body's biochemistry changes significantly in our 40's. From skin change to memory loss to many things can be noticed. While such thing is too far for me , but eventually I have to accept that getting older is not too
