"Entrepreneur Journey" - When passion meets purpose, magic happens!
Looking at the way, every business is growing and making profits, everybody likes to be a part of the race. From street vendors to innovative start up, everyone likes to be an entrepreneur. Few days ago I was listening to a podcast, and it highlighted a very interesting line. It says, that "those who are on jobs can only change their food menu on plate, while those who running own business can change their fortune". I belongs from the era, where every family wants their kids to be in government jobs, to secure a bright future. But the time has changed so much and with many alternative available, people are ready to pitch in any other line of career. From private jobs, to corporate to own business. But running a business is not easy as it appears to be.

Anyone can be an entrepreneur, regardless of their age, race, gender, financial status, education, or experience. However, not everyone are blessed to "taste of success". A successful entrepreneurs tend to share certain traits, such as:
They are often solely responsible for their business's success, so they need to be able to work long hours.
They enjoy problem-solving and coming up with new solutions.
They need to be able to adapt quickly and find solutions if their ideas aren't working.
They think outside the box and aren't afraid to take risks.
They have a strong desire to achieve success and want to change the world in some way.
My Stint with Entreprenership
In begining of my career,
I was in teaching line. I was involved in providing home coaching to young kids. Looking at the flow of income, I started my own coaching institute at home. I was managing everything and it was a good start, with plenty of students turning up for my services. Soon, I started getting request for coaching for higher classes students from parents. I do not wanted to take own risks, as it involve covering a lot of syllabus covering and also I was out of touch from few subjects. But finding it a good option for expansion, I started looking for other tutor. And I get few academic topper to work in my coaching institute at a reasonable pay. It was a good deal in begining, and I was feeling like a successfull man. But soon everything falls apart, when the other tutor start leaving to other institute, or started their own set up. In process they pulling my students, and made a hole in my institute. Relying too much on my tutor was the biggest mistake I did. Soon my dream for a bigger coaching institute came crashing. And lost my reputation in the market due to the traotors. It was a learning curve, but since them I am unable to take further risk in this area.
Now if I look around, there were many succesful coaching institute running all over the place. Infact few have started their online classes too. I guess my idea was at the right time as the education sector was booming at a rapid pace. Buut unable to execute it properly and made some loopholes to fail in the endevour.
My Learning Curve
It takes a lot of experience, determination, and sometimes education to be successful. Entrepreneurs are people who start their own businesses based on an idea or product they have created, and they usually take on most of the risks and rewards. To be succesfull in their area of entrepreunership, a person should check on following:
Find a business idea: Consider what type of product or service you can offer and what will make you stand out. You should also find a market that's interested in buying your product.
Develop your skills Entrepreneurs need a variety of skills, including creativity, problem solving, communication, and leadership. They should also be curious and always want to learn more.
Create a plan: Write a business plan that includes your finances, goals, and expectations. You should also make decisions based on data.
Build a network: No one succeeds alone, so it's important to build your network and find great partners.
Take risks: Entrepreneurs should be willing to take risks, but they should also learn to embrace their mistakes.
Now, I am at that state of mind, where I can again pitch in the same line of business. I already started it by giving few free classes to youngsters. Just to get in the teaching rhythm and establishing a repo in the society for a bigger picture.
This is my entry to Day-8 of Inleo Writing initiatives Click here to be part for the m/o July.

You really tried in venturing into the teaching line and establishing a coaching centre. As a teacher myself, it is not so easy to establish because of certain idiosyncrasies that can weigh you down.
But your tips are spot on. I also believe that an entrepreneur can be successful when he or she is diligent and passionate about the business enterprise.
Cheers!
In order to be successful in your own business you need passion and love for what you do...for the goal you want to achieve! I loved it!

What you heard from the podcast is very true. People who work for others like government workers have lesser time to develop and grow their wealth.
You have to be fully responsible for your business and depend less on others even though they are working for you.
You mentioned many valid points to be a successful entrepreneur like risk taking and skills development which are one the traits that stands out among entrepreneur.
