Tareas con sentido

Saludos como en otras publicaciones he comentado sobre que soy profesor y entrenador de una academia de FutSala donde llevamos alrededor de 100 chicos de diversas categorías, chicos desde los 4 años hasta chicos ya mayores de edad hasta unos 26 años.

Uno de los fundamentos del FutSala es crear la conciencia de que se debe de formar un "equipo" en ocasiones vemos jugadores que juegan desde la individualidad y esto me ha hecho considerar el hecho de que todo esté pensamiento debe de ser manejado desde las categorias menores, es decir "cambiar el chip" en categorías mayores ya es un tanto complicado pero si se ataca está debilidad desde las categorías menores podemos lograr grandes cosas durante su desarrollo.

Dicho esto he diseñado un esquema de tareas con sentido, es decir, asignaciones para la casa donde los chicos realizando estás actividades puedan encontrar un sentido del porque se les pide lo que se les pide durante los entrenamientos.

Ejemplo, acá muestro 3 tareas en específico una de ellas fue: Realizar un dibujo de lo que para los chicos representa la palabra equipo en otra de las tareas quería buscar que los chicos entendieran o tuvieran una idea de la posición en la que juegan, unos dibujaron a un delantero, otro a un portero y así, la tarea fue igualmente de sencilla, dibujar a un jugador, pero uno que ellos quisieran ser y con ello también escribir que posición el jugador tiene en cancha y por último el dibujo de los escudos, está fue una tarea un poco más de identidad es decir, la idea era que los chicos dibujaran el escudo del equipo al que ellos pertenecían, algunos dibujaron el escudo de la academia y en otros casos dibujaron escudos de equipos del fútbol mundial.

Tareas con sentido, sencillas, fomentando la educación desde el ejemplo.

Homework tasks

Greetings as in other publications I have commented about teacher and coach of a FutSala academy where we have about 100 boys of various categories, boys from the age of 4 to older boys up to about 26 years.

One of the fundamentals of FutSala is to create the awareness that a "team" should be formed. Sometimes we see players who play from individuality and this has made me consider the fact that everything this thought should be handled from the minor categories, that is, "changing the chip" in major categories is already somewhat complicated but if this weakness is attacked from the minor categories we can achieve great things during its development.

Having said that, I have designed a scheme of meaningful tasks, that is, assignments for the house where the guys performing these activities can find a sense of why they are being asked for what they are being asked for during training.

Example, here I show 3 specific tasks one of them was: To make a drawing of what the word team represents for the boys in another of the tasks I wanted to look for the boys to understand or have an idea of the position in which they play, some drew a striker, another a goalkeeper and so, the task was equally simple, to draw a player, but one that they wanted to be and with it also write what position the player has on the pitch and finally the drawing of the shields, this was a task a little more identity that is, the idea was that the boys they drew the shield of the team to which they belonged, some drew the shield of the academy and in other cases drew shields of world football teams.

Meaningful, simple tasks, promoting education by example.
