Lore & Gameplay #6
ππ¦ Prepare to plunge into the depths of the Splinterlands, SPLers, for we are about to encounter the chilling enigma of the Deeplurkers, terrifying denizens of the ocean's abyss! ππ
These venomous aquatic fiends are not for the faint of heart, lurking in the darkest recesses of the deep sea, ready to strike at the weakest among their prey. But heed this: when the delicate balance of elemental water magic is threatened, Deeplurkers are known to rise from the abyss, their purpose shrouded in mystery. ππ§
Now, join us as we dive into an adrenaline-pumping tale of the Kulu Swimhunters, fearless hunters of the deep, and an encounter that teeters on the edge of peril! ππΉ
As the Praetorian fishing vessel sailed through the waters, the Kulu Swimhunters trailed just below the surface, their eyes sharp and instincts honed. Their plan was simple: when the vessel lowered its sails and slowed to a halt, they would strike, claiming their prey with swift precision. π£π
But the calm of the ocean surface gave way to sudden movement below. One of the Swimhunters, alert to the disturbance, turned his tentacled head downward. A monstrous form ascended, a colossal Deeplurker surging toward them with a ferocious eruption of frothy water. π±π
In the blink of an eye, chaos reigned. The grotesque tongue of the Deeplurker snaked out, seizing the smallest Swimhunter by the waist, its jagged teeth tearing into rubbery flesh. Another tempest of water and the Deeplurker vanished back into the abyss, its grisly prize in tow. πͺοΈπ
The remaining Kulu Swimhunters scattered like startled fish, fleeing in every direction, leaving the Praetorian fishing vessel to continue its voyage, blissfully unaware of the imminent peril that had nearly befallen its crew. π’π
Stay tuned, tho, as we unravel the awe-inspiring mysteries and tactical brilliance of these oceanic nightmares, the Deeplurkers, within your Splinterlands lineup! π£π₯ Prepare for battles where the line between survival and annihilation is as thin as the ocean's surface! ππππ¦π
π‘οΈβοΈ Let's check on the game βοΈπ‘οΈ
I like to play in the gold/diamond league where my wallet can afford it π€·π€·π€·
π This game is in Gold League and Modern. π
The Ruleset (The game)
Are you not entertained?
Weak magic
Sneak
22 Mana
βοΈπ‘Let the Battle CommenceβοΈπ‘
I chose to play with Water since playing with Kelya would give me an extra boost.
Round 1
My enemy had a few good frontcards but it is like playing 3 vs 5. I chose to play with low mana cards to have more attacks.
Round 2
My pelacor's speed is enough to make it untouchable. The enemy didn't hit me once on the backline and I've already destroyed his last
Round 3
The enemy lost another 2 and I still have all my cards. This game is probably mine.
Round 4
Game is mine. The enemy has fallen short in cards and I still have my line.
π€Why the Deeplurker??π€
Two awesome attributes for low and high mana games. Opportunity is an amazing attribute and poison makes it even better since it can delete a monster in just one round. This 2 attributes can be really good when the ruleset is "Weak magic" as well.
π€Tips to lower the rental cost for battlingπ€
We don't need to rent all cards for the brawl, Some tips which will be explained are given below :
- Rent only 2 or 3 types of splinter that suit your gameplay
- Rent gold commons if you want a maximum earning, however, don't overpush it if the gold cards are too expensive.
- Think simply, legendary cards are awesome but as the mana of some monsters increases, there is a smaller chance to be picked for the game. For example, I have stopped renting Raa or Chthulhu due to that fact.
- Rent only what you like to play. If you don't "feel" it with a card then chances are that you are not going to use it too much.
Stay tuned as we continue our exploration of the most fantastic creatures that grace the realms of Splinterlands! πΊοΈπ And remember, the power of strategy and tactics can turn any legend into an unbeatable champion! ππ
