Oslo - near the train station (Jernbanetorget) [PL/EN]

On May 18, 2025, I went to the city center to vote in the Polish presidential elections, in a place rented by the Polish Embassy near the train station. The photos show:

• the train station building and its surroundings,
• Christian Frederik Square with the characteristic "Sun and Earth" fountain ("Fonteneanlegget Solen og jorden") by Ørnulf Bast,
• the sculpture Fru Fortuna,
• the area around the cathedral (Oslo Domkirke) - including graffiti dedicated to Palestine, a café by the cathedral,
• the statue of Christian IV (King of Denmark and Norway in the years 1588-1648 from the Oldenburg dynasty),
• a troll standing at the entrance to a gift shop near the cathedral,
• the building on the corner of Karl Johans gate and Nedre Slottsgate,
• graffiti on Arbeidergata street.

18 maja 2025 roku udałem się do centrum miasta, aby oddać głos w polksich wyborach prezydenckich, w położonym blisko dworca kolejowego lokalu wynajętym przez Ambasadę Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Na zdjęciach widoczne są:
budynek dworca i jego okolice,

• plac Christiana Frederika z charakterystyczną fontanną "Słońce i Ziemia" ("Fonteneanlegget Solen og jorden") autorstwa Ørnulfa Basta,
• rzeźba Fru Fortuna,
• okolice katedry (Oslo domkirke) - m.in. graffiti poświęcone Palestynie, kawiarnia przy katedrze,
• posąg Christiana IV (król Danii i Norwegii w latach 1588–1648 z dynastii oldenburskiej),
• troll stojący przy wejściu do sklepu z upominkami niedaleko katedry,
• budynek na rogu ulic Karl Johans gate i Nedre Slottsgate,
• graffiti na ulicy Arbeidergata.
