π Swapping Classes, and Sneaky Little Taco Boy! πββ¬
Today is the second Monday of 2026 and I still can't believed that I've been in the US for more than half a year, it felt like yesterday that I arrive here.
Anyway this is what a text book look like for Interpersonal Relationships, and so far it is not hard or anything yet. I have this class 2nd period and I'm gonna try to switch it to 6th period, and switch my 6th period which is culinary to 2nd period. Right now I'm waiting for my guidance counselor to read my email
Also I will be making pizza in culinary class this week, but I don't think we are making our own dough or anything. To be honest culinary class is really easy since we only cook once a week, and most of food is package or can. I think baking is the only thing that actually somewhat not easy. I think it's easy but there are a couple of time when my group fail to make it. Also last week we made biscuit and gravy and the biscuit is from a can, and the gravy has like 3 ingredients.
Also Taco boy has been sneaking into the garage every time we went in or out. Some times when you open the door and he was at the other side of the room, and somehow he still made it into the garage. First of all he is kinda overweight and he eats the cat food that we left in the garage. He also refuse to get back inside the room when we caught him, he kept going under the car knowing that we can't reach him there.
Yeah life is kinda boring here and even if we can go to places we never go since we just don't have the motivation to. Everything here cost money and it is expensive, and there are like wild parks and stuff but it is just too cold. Maybe we can do something when the weather is hot which I doubt we will ever actually do anything. In Cambodia I could still go visit friends and it is really easy to get along with them, and I can sometimes feel people judging even though we didn't say anything. I can't wait for the next time I see my Cambodian friends and family again, and I will definitely cherish the time with them.

Pizza dough is easy to make! You can read my recipe here:
https://peakd.com/food/@thekittygirl/homemade-whole-wheat-pizza-dough
That recipe makes enough dough for two pizzas. You can make them both on the same night and bake them together ~OR~ put half the dough (unbaked) in the fridge for a couple days and make it then.
This would be a fun dinner to make one evening with your whole family, and everyone can put the toppings they want on their part of the pizzas! You can load as many veggies as you want, and use Vegan "cheese" substitute (or no "cheese" at all!). Your dad could even make one with Indian-spices and ingredients like dahl instead of tomato sauce! That's the beauty of pizzaΒ β there is no wrong way to make one! π
