🐈👩🏽 A Fun Day At School, Learning How To Make Momo's Dough, & Today's Update! 🥟

I want to share to you about my day at school, and at home. I also learn how to make Momo's dough, and it was not easy.

Today, I had history, botany, and two hours of Khmer study. Also, I put the correct books in my backpack, but I thought I had Geography today. It is because I thought today is Tuesday, I do have bad memories. Also, I got my monthly test results on Social Study, and I got 41/50. I used to got 50/50, and I'm the only one in my class that has ever get full marks in Social Studies.

My mom doesn't really feel well today, so she just lay on the bed. But she has a companion today, and that is Ms. Meow. I think my mom get along well with Ms. Meow. She even let Ms. Meow lay on shoulder for a really long time, and they are so cute. To be honest I never have any pets in the house for that long. I asked my friends which one they like more cats or dogs, and most of them said dogs. I like both and that's why I can't decide which one I like more cats or dogs, and I guess both can't hurt. My dad said he is a dog person but he seems to get along very well with cats.

I came home kinda early all wet because it was raining today, and my dad asked me if I want to eat Momos, and I said yes. Well, I have to help him, and while he was making the filling a Ukrainian guy came to visit us. My dad met him at a gas station, and the Ukrainian guy's name is Alex. He works at the Wild Life Alliance. A lot of people here especially those who cut woods and our neighbor don't like that place, and I leave it to you to think about why.

While my dad make the filling, I learn how to make the dough. I've never make a dough before, and I think the closest thing I made to dough is clay. I just use sticky dirt, add some water and hitting it until it is good enough. Well, I have to say making a dough is a lot harder, because if it is too hard it won't work, or too soft is also not working. I have to put the right amount of water, well my dad helped me of course. I only need to learn how to make the filling left, and then I would know how to make Momos all by myself. I also tried putting orange jam in the dough and deep fry it, it taste so good.
