The First Charitable Donation WILL Be Made This Week
I know I mentioned that the first donation would likely be at the end of the month, but some things have changed in my personal life. We are now under contract for a new house and things are ridiculously busy here at home. Also I seem to have injured myself, possibly tore/sprained a ligament tendon or or something.
Anyway that means that I will likely be more busy/occupied at the end of the month. So I am doing the first donation this week.
I am also in a major PEM crash and not doing so well. Once I have the energy/ability I will compete the transaction and do a follow up post.
Likely the post will be a few days after the donation but I will get it out ASAP.
I'm also going to pause giveaways and won't be posting as much. I will still be curating and intend to go back to giveaways once things settle down.

I have a podiatrist appt next week. Not sure if its tendon or ligament rupture /tear it it is some connective tissue thing. Happened slowly over time but now the affected ankle is hyper-mobile, a bit like a "dead fish" which usually indicates tendon/ligament tear or rupture (hence the increase in flexibility because tendons/ligaments hold things in place and when they tear or stretch too much they stop doing that.). I've had tendon issues before that flare "out of nowhere" . No doctors have ever taken it seriously or investigated why.
I have no idea how it happened. It wasn't a sudden injury and I didn't hear a "pop" but it has gotten progressively worse over the past few months.
I rarely go to the doctor especially if I have a new pain. Doctors just ignore it and say it's related to my neuro -immune condition (for which I receive literally no treatments for ) or it's just ignored. I am not well enough to leave the house let alone deal with a doctor appointment most days.
As a woman with multiple "invisible" illnesses I am just dismissed as being hysterical so there is little point it tying to get help/treatments for anything. *side note I have multiple stories of medical gaslighting and neglect including having infections ignored by doctors just because I am a woman. If you want to be horrified with how real and systemic this issue is search "medical gaslighting women". (it happens to men too)
This is on an ankle that had a severe injury about 10 years ago and this may be related. I luckily got an appointment with a doctor that helped my father in law when he hurt himself so I have a slightly better chance of being taken seriously. At least with the obvious hyper-mobility the doctor can't say it's all in my head (well hopefully. that still can happen)

That is absolutely insane and I am so sorry.
I survived violent crime and was never treated for the injuries I sustained by multiple doctors over 10 years. Actually quit going to the doctors because they just wouldn't help and would only prescribe pain pills.
I finally found a doctor and all of a sudden because they are doing a job things are changing for me.
I am sorry you had to go through that. Its awful. I am glad that you found a doctor that is helping you though.
Our medical system is so broken is so many ways. I am very happy to hear things are getting better for you.

There is a lot of crazy liberal individuals that are attacking patients medical rights. And the most dangerous of those are these insane doctors. Just because you have a degree does not mean you are intelligent. Just because you're a doctor doesn't mean that you're a good person or that you can even be trusted.

It absolutely isn't systemic. That's the reason why today we see everybody abandoning the left as fast as they can run except for those who are getting paid and are in power.

By the way the founding fathers didn't actually write the Constitution it was the Iroquois Confederacy the gave the language to be translated into English. In fact you're rights are from the Great law of Peace.
Freedom is very precious gift. One that should be fought for. I've met people from around the world that escaped horrific countries and made their way to the United States.
