There are several films with the title Anatomy, some of which are a little more original and add another word to distinguish themselves. Almost all of the ones I've seen have young doctors who have fun with corpses in common, and this one is no exception; however, this film from 2000, which I saw recently, is different. There is a lot of suspense and twists in the story that surprise you, keeping the viewer hooked until the end.
The main character is a medical student who traveled for a summer course at a university where her father and grandfather graduated in the same field, so she wanted to keep that information anonymous so as not to be the target of harassment or have an advantage over other students. While traveling on the train, she saved the life of a young man who had a heart attack, a scene that hooks you from the beginning and is the thread of almost the entire story. I had a minor anxiety attack because of this scene. Returning to the film, the next day she encounters the young man she helped, but on an autopsy table during a course practical. He had died of unknown causes, and the group of students were there to determine the cause of death.
The protagonist, who was an excellent student, couldn't believe that this boy had died of heart failure, as he was sick, but there were signs on his body that didn't match the supposed cause, which made her suspicious, and she began to secretly investigate on her own why he had died. Her classmates insisted that it had been heart failure, and so other cases of bodies available for practice began to appear.

Existen varias películas con el título de anatomía, algunas son un poco más originales y le agregan otra palabra para distinguirse y casi todas las que he visto tienen en común, personajes de doctores jóvenes que se divierten con cadáveres y esta no es la excepción también cumple con esa premisa; sin embargo, esta película del año 2000 y que vi recientemente, es diferente, hay mucho suspenso y giros en la historia que te sorprenden manteniendo pegado al espectador hasta el final.Su personaje protagónico es una estudiante de medicina que viajó para un curso de verano, en una universidad donde su padre y abuelo egresaron en el mismo campo, por lo que ella quería mantener en anonimato esa información para no ser blanco de acoso ni tampoco tener ventaja al frente de otros estudiantes. Mientras viajaba en el tren, le salvó la vida a un joven que tuvo un ataque del corazón, una escena que engancha desde el principio y es el hilo de casi toda la historia. Tuve un pequeño ataque de angustia por esta escena. Volviendo a la película, al día siguiente coincide con el joven que auxilió, pero en una camilla de autopsia en una práctica del curso, había fallecido por causas desconocidas y para eso estaban el grupo de estudiantes para determinar la muerte.
La protagonista que era una excelente estudiante no podía creer que este chico muriera del corazón, ya que estaba enfermo, pero había señales en su cuerpo que no coincidían con la supuesta causa, eso la hizo sospechar y comenzó a investigar de forma secreta y por sus propios medios por qué había muerto. Sus compañeros insistían que había sido del corazón, y así fueron apareciendo otros casos de cuerpos disponibles para la práctica.

Anatomy is a thriller, horror, and slasher horror film, the latter being a subgenre of horror characterized by a psychopathic serial killer character. This film has the genres that I like, and perhaps that is why I thought it was good, although it should be noted that it is an old film from 25 years ago, and at that time it was easier to scare people. It has good special effects, and the makeup stands out in creating horror.
I could feel the protagonist's fear from the beginning, I empathized with her curiosity, since I am the same, and I was kept in suspense for her. Anatomy is very good at suspense and takes it to the max when they do scenes where the victims cannot move. I liked that sometimes the camera angles made you feel like you were the victims or the killer when looking through their eyes; that change of perspective is very interesting. This movie is totally different from others with the same title. Here, there isn't a group of friends playing with people's lives or each other's. Here, it all ends with a single psychopath who had his assistants and the backing of the cult's power. It's a good movie that I recommend. Dentro de la facultad había una secta secreta compuesta por las autoridades de la facultad, profesores y algunos alumnos que tenía cierto código antietico y prácticas oscuras, se hacían llamar los anti hipocráticos, por el juramento que hacen los médicos y por supuesto en esta secta había un estudiante psicópata, que se obsesionó con una compañera del curso y comenzaron a desaparecer estudiantes.Anatomía es una película del género thriller, horror y slasher horror este último es un subgénero de terror que se caracteriza por tener un personaje psicópata asesino en serie. Esta película tiene los géneros que a mí me gustan y tal vez por eso me pareció buena, aunque destacó que es un cine viejo de hace 25 años y en ese entonces era más fácil asustar a las personas. Tiene buenos efectos especiales, y el maquillaje se destaca para generar horror.
Pude sentir el miedo de la protagonista desde el principio, sentí empatía por su curiosidad, ya que yo soy igual y me mantuve en suspenso por ella. Anatomía es muy buena en el suspenso y lo eleva al máximo cuando hacen escenas donde las víctimas no pueden moverse. Me gustó que a veces los planos de dirección te hacían ser las víctimas o el asesino al mirar por sus ojos, ese cambio de perspectiva es muy interesante. Esta película es totalmente diferente a las que se titulan así, aquí no hay un grupo de amigos jugando con la vida de las personas o entre ellos, aquí todo concluye con un solo psicópata que tenía sus ayudantes y el respaldo del poder de la secta. Lo de la secta de los "anti-hipocráticos" me parece una locura, súper original y creepy. Me encantan los thrillers que mezclan misterio con un toque de slasher. La verdad es que no he visto mucho cine de terror alemán, pero esta suena demasiado buena como para dejarla pasar. Gracias por la data.
Si es una película antigua pero buena, su protagonista es una actriz conocida en Hollywood que ahorita no recuerdo su nombre.
