Shinaara - Holozing FanArt [ENG/ESP]

Hello friends and Holozing community, I hope you’re having a very nice day. It’s been a long time since my last post in the community and since I last drew one of the creatures from Holozing. Even more so, that’s why today, to keep the habit alive, I bring you a new fan art inspired by Holozing, specifically of Shinaara.

Hola amigos y comunidad de Holozing, espero que tengan un muy lindo día. Hace mucho desde mi última publicación en la comunidad y desde que dibujaba a una de las criaturas de Holozing. Aún más por eso, para no perder la costumbre, hoy les traigo un nuevo fan art inspirado en Holozing, específicamente en Shinaara.

Shinaara is a mythical creature that represents nature, a deer full of colors and flowers as its power and evolution. It is the most advanced form of a Naara, and in its evolution it not only reached greater size and larger antlers but also greater power. Its character is imposing, while at the same time transmitting serenity and spirituality.

Shinaara es una mítica criatura que representa la naturaleza, un ciervo lleno de color y flores como su poder y evolución. Es la forma más avanzada de un Naara, y en su evolución no solo alcanzó más tamaño y mayores cuernos, sino también más poder. Tiene un carácter que impone y a la vez transmite serenidad y espiritualidad.

For my fan art I’ll be using one of my old sketches, which I structured and divided into sections but never got to color. The challenge will be to bring it to life with color. It’s designed to resemble trophies in some way, but at the same time not lose the mysticism of the creature itself, its fur colors and the flowers that adorn its antlers.

Para mi fan art estaré usando uno de mis bocetos antiguos, que estructuré y dividí en secciones pero nunca llegué a colorear. El reto será darle color. Está basado para que recuerde los trofeos de caza, pero a la vez no se pierda ese misticismo que tiene la propia criatura, sus colores en el pelaje y las flores que adornan sus astas.

From that sketch I created the lineart, trying to keep it very careful, especially with the thicknesses and linear values.

Desde ese boceto hice el lineart, traté que fuese bien cuidado, sobre todo con los grosores y valores lineales.

This was the definitive version of my line art. I really liked it, and it’s now ready to be colored. For this process, I’ll divide my drawing into zones of similar colors, apply a base layer, and then add lights, shadows, and gradients to enhance the details.

Esta fue la versión definitiva de mi line art. Me gustó mucho y quedó listo para dar colores. Para este proceso dividiré mi dibujo por zonas de colores similares, daré una capa con un color base y posteriormente agregaré luces, sombras y degradados para realzar los detalles.

I started with the pink flowers on the antlers, they remind me of cherry blossoms, like those in Japanese paintings.

Comencé por las flores rosas de los cuernos, me recuerdan a flores de cerezos, como las de las pinturas japonesas.

I continued with the antlers and the facial fur in brown tones.

Seguí con los cuernos y la piel del rostro en tonos cafés.

The most fun part was creating the fur with rainbow colors across the rest of Shinaara.

Lo más divertido fue realizar el pelaje con los colores del arcoíris en el resto de Shinaara.
