Queridos amigos espero todos estén muy bien primero que nada y con el debido respeto vengo a utilizar estos espacios por primera vez, he seguido los inicios de la comunidad pero no habi conseguido el contenido que se adaptará a mi y presentarlo antes ustedes, pero con esta iniciativa me cuadro a la perfección con las actividades que me planifique a fin de año.

Primero que nada entremos en contexto.

Desde que decidí casarme construí mi casa sobre la casa de mis padres, luego de unos años expandi más los espacios de mi construcción pero ya tiene casi tres años sin concluir, hace dos años mi papá fallece y su casa abajo de la mía queda en obra gris ya que el la estaba remodelando y yo por cuestión de herencias y otras cosas no la ocupo pero a finales del año pasado decidí hacer uso de ella por lo que tengo una gran lista de cosas por corregir para habitarla y más adelante concluir por completo la remodelación.

Por ahora mis primero des planes para este 2024 es terminar de clasificar las cosas viejas y malas y botar lo que tenga que botar ya tengo meses avanzando en eso pero voy sacando poco a poco todas las semanas algo cuando pasa el servicio de aseo urbano y así me ahorro pagar un flete ya que ese dinero me puede ser de ayuda para cosas de la remodelación.

Ya tengo ese cuarto limpio y ya cuadre con un arbañil para que venga a corregir las filtraciones de las paredes, este cuarto no pienso habitarlo porque ahí quedan cosas de mi hermano pero si pienso usarlo para depositar las cosas de mi hermana y algunas cosas de la casa que no me hacen falta por ahora y que no valen la pena botarlas.

Cuando el arbañil termine y pueda guardad lo necesario me queda libre el espacio que por ahora será la sala y comedor donde debo arreglar por ahora unos remiendos en el piso para luego pulirlo, mi plan a futuro es colocar porcelanato pero la casa es tan grande que necesito mucho dinero para terminar como yo la sueño.

Otra actividad pendiente para poder hacer uso de la casa es remodelar el baño de uno de los cuartos, para esto el arbañil debe remover toda la cerámica vieja despegar la poceta y el lavamanos, esto fue una decisión nueva ya que mi tía en diciembre me ofreció ayudarme con la cerámica del baño del otro cuarto que está obra gris así que lo que pensaba gastar en ese lo invierto en el otro y me quedan los dos baños ya listos.

La otra parte y es la que menos preparación necesita es la cocina ya tiene la mampostería lista solo está de limpiar y pintar cosa que ya tengo planes de empezar está semana y les cuento que la pintare de negro quiero ver ese contraste con las piedras color beige al igual que el porcelanato claro de las encimeras, ya para esto tengo la pintura blanca del techo y unas lámparas LED para reemplazar esos socates colgando que no lucen para nada.

Me quedara pendiente la parte de la carpintería de los gabinetes pero eso lo puedo hacer ya una vez este viviendo ahí porque no es un trabajo tan largo y pesado.

Otra actividad pendiente en la cocina es la de hacer una falsa columna con dry-wall para unir las dos columnas y no quede un hueco feo ahí ese espacio también lo puedo aprovechar para colocar otras luces LED que darán ambiente al mesón que separa la cocina de la sala nueva.

Sala que por ahora no tengo planes para ella solo desocuparla y terminar de colocar las ventanas panorámicas, este trabajo de las ventanas ya lo tengo bien adelantado solo me falta hacer los cortes de los vidrios y pegarle papel ahumado.

Creo que dejaré hasta aquí mi lista de planes para mi casa se que faltan muchos por decir pero ya se que cuento con esta comunidad para ir escribiendo mis avances y lo mejor de todo es que quedarán plasmado para siempre y así mis hijos algún día podrán ver todo lo que se hizo para que tengan su hogar de ensueños.

Espero no estar faltando ninguna norma de la comunidad y poder ser bienvenido en estos espacios, gracias por leerme y que Dios les bendiga grandemente.

First of all let's get into context.

Since I decided to get married I built my house over my parents' house, after a few years I expanded the spaces of my construction but it has almost three years without concluding, two years ago my dad died and his house below mine is in gray work because he was remodeling it and I for inheritance and other things do not occupy it but at the end of last year I decided to make use of it so I have a big list of things to correct to inhabit it and later conclude the remodeling completely.

For now my first plans for this 2024 is to finish classifying the old and bad things and throw away what I have to throw away. I've already been working on it for months but I'm taking something out little by little every week when the urban cleaning service passes by and this way I save myself from paying a freight since that money can be of help for remodeling things.

I already have that room clean and I already have a mason to come and correct the leaks in the walls, this room I do not plan to inhabit it because there are things of my brother but I plan to use it to deposit my sister's things and some things of the house that I do not need for now and that are not worth throwing them away.

When the mason finishes and I can keep the necessary things I have free space that for now will be the living room and dining room where I must fix for now some patches on the floor and then polish it, my future plan is to place porcelain but the house is so big that I need a lot of money to finish as I dream.

Another pending activity to be able to make use of the house is to remodel the bathroom of one of the rooms, for this the mason must remove all the old ceramics, take off the sink and the sink, this was a new decision since my aunt in December offered to help me with the ceramics of the bathroom of the other room that is gray work so what I thought to spend in that one I invest in the other one and I have the two bathrooms ready.

The other part and is the one that needs less preparation is the kitchen already has the masonry ready only is to clean and paint thing I already have plans to start this week and tell them that I will paint it black I want to see that contrast with the beige stones like the light porcelain of the countertops, and for this I have the white ceiling paint and LED lamps to replace those socates hanging that do not look at all.

I still have to do the carpentry of the cabinets but I can do that once I am living there because it is not such a long and heavy job.

Another pending activity in the kitchen is to make a false column with dry-wall to join the two columns and not leave an ugly gap there that space can also be used to place other LED lights that will give atmosphere to the counter that separates the kitchen from the new room.

Room that for now I have no plans for it just vacate it and finish placing the panoramic windows, this work of the windows and I have it well advanced I just need to make the cuts of the glass and paste smoked paper.

I think I will leave here my list of plans for my house, I know that there are many missing but I know that I have this community to write my progress and the best of all is that they will be captured forever and so my children will someday see everything that was done to have their dream home.
