The last few days have been the first slightly more normal weather-wise in probably weeks. I didn't have to run the air conditioner at night, there were no animals around - flying, crawling or bloodsucking, I even used a blanket, something that was impossible before. I'm curious to see what's in store for us. We are able to go through anything, although I'm thankful I don't live in the fire or flood areas right now.

But I'm also open to whatever comes next in terms of awareness. Not only to see and experience it, but to learn from it. At the very least, remember it.
We humans tend to forget. What happened last year, the year before, 10 years ago, why it happened. The most wonderful thing is always being able to understand why it happened.
I, for example, have noticed many things in recent years. I have no explanation for them. I don't think anyone has. Animals come and go - in waves. Every year they are different, as I told you before. But hardly anyone can explain how giant water bugs go to Bulgaria, for example.

Or why there are invasions of some pests. I'll probably have to mention the flying giant grasshoppers in the garden soon, or the increased mantis population. Or about the ruined crop this year. About the lack of fruit trees, the autumn that has come in the summer, etc. There's a reason for everything. Do we know it? And do we pay attention to the things that happen around us at all?

No, we don't pay attention and we don't care about the environment.
We only care to get richer and exploit as much as possible from what's left of this sad planet. By "we" here I mean the human population in general.
Now, look at the bright side - you have access to beautiful and healing Hibiscus! :D

Well, the hibiscus this year is behaving strangely, as any other plant in the garden.
As I like to say, maybe the destruction of the planet is part of the design, it's intended and expected and okay. Maybe that's why people don't pay attention to anything. Still, for us people who are paying attention, it's still interesting to see what happens next.

Yes, everyone could potentially make a difference, and they should, but where I live, I feel like the only sane among idiots. These people just can't do basic things. Such as throwing away their garbage in the designated places, in the designated containers. Have you seen such people? It's scary. And everything starts here, from the basic things. When people don't have the capacity even for them, nothing else matters. ☹️😰

Probably they just don't care as it seem control lacks. If there are huge fines and authorities do their work, the picture would be different.

The attention my dear friend goes unnoticed even in our own homes with our people, imagine what we can expect to observe the environment so wide.

It is difficult to find people who dedicate their time to observe this stage of the flowers that you show us, most of them already see that they are useless and realize the passage of time and continue to show beauty.

The same with the environment and the seasons, many people just adjust to them, but don't detail what happens and what it teaches us intrinsically.

Unfortunately, our modern times are designed not to show the true nature of things, only the surface. Therefore, we cannot accept some natural stages even of our own life, such as old age for example. I believe that this distortion leads to no good. That's why I try to look at everything and from all sides, without missing stages. 😃 They are just part of the whole, as I have said many times here.
