I find this article really interesting
It's showing how AI is reshaping IT salaries in India. From what I understand, if you've got AI skills, you're looking at better pay, but those without might struggle. The GCCs (Global Capability Centers) are offering up to 30% higher salaries than traditional IT companies, which I think is pretty significant.
They've projected 2.73 million new tech roles by 2028. The shift toward AI hiring is dramatic - from 10% to 20-25% of total hiring. I think this really shows where the industry's heading.

The challenge is that AI is going to affect IT jobs also.
This tentacles of this are going to be everywhere.
I 100% agree with you. But to me it looks like same old same old. Just like the internet came in and the work dynamics change, so will the work dynamics change due to AI.
People adopted to the Internet, I don't see why they cannot adopt to AI.
Also I'm wondering what would be next after AI, or maybe that's not for me to worry unless I have an infinite life span. 😂.
Hope I stay alive to see the change
