Today I have come with a new cooking recipe for you. Every week I try to share a recipe post with you. Many people share many beautiful and unique recipes on my Bengali blog, which are really tempting to look at and are also very unique. Today I have come with another new recipe post for you. My recipe post today is Mix Vegetable Fry. In winter, various types of vegetables are available. It is very good. So, for several days, there have been many winter vegetables in the house. Among them, I had eaten the gourd and kept the gourd peels the previous day. I thought about what to do with the gourd peels, then I decided to fry the gourd peels and make a winter vegetable mix vegetable fry recipe with many vegetables. I hope you like this recipe of mine.
Ingredients
Gourd peel
Cauliflower
Radish
Potato
Carrot
Onion
Garlic
Chillie
Salt
Turmeric
Pepper
Oil
Water
Making Process :-
First, I heated the oil in a pan and added the onion and pepper.
Then I fried it with garlic paste for a while.
Now I added salt, turmeric, and pepper in equal amounts.
Then I added all the previously chopped vegetables.
After adding the vegetables, I mixed them well with the spices.
Then I covered the vegetables with a lid and sautéed them for a long time.
And this is how I made this delicious vegetable bhaji recipe. This bhaji recipe will be very good to eat with roti paratha rice.
