A little life update before I continue my blogging journey again😃

It’s been a minute since I last made a post on this wonderful web3 platform. Did I deliberately decide to be offline for a long time? No, did I fall out of love with writing? No, what happened then? Sonia became a mummy🥰, not just a mummy of one but of two beautiful girls.

Being a twin mum has been the most remarkable thing that has ever happened to me. I still can’t believe how I was able to carry two beautiful girls in my womb for nine months, healthy, strong, and without complications.

All through my pregnancy journey, my body underwent several changes. Some of these changes took a toll on me, and some made me scared but in all, I gave birth to my lovely girls a few months ago, and I can proudly say that they are the best gift that I have ever received.

It’s been a few months, and I still can’t believe I birthed these adorable babies. I can’t believe that I am a mother of two; somebody please wake me up! I’m patiently waiting for the time when I’ll get used to this new lifestyle of mine as this feeling and lifestyle feel alien to me.

Watching them grow with every passing day feels like experiencing a mind-blowing miracle, and every single time they experience something new, I am always amazed.

Ofcourse, all of these journeys wouldn’t have been possible without my darling husband, who carried the whole family on his shoulders without flinching or complaining. He was ever present, holding my hands as we both journeyed through it all. When I count my blessings, I count my husband twice because he is the real deal.

So my Hive friends, it feels good to be back. I’m busy with mummy duties at the moment, but I’ll try my best to show up as much as I can, because I miss it here.
