Hivereachout Prompt #79; Christmas is another name for Love

‎It's Christmas, and everyone is happy about it. Christmas is a time when love should be the watchword. People should actually show love to people by putting smiles on their faces.

‎Lately, I've just been over serious with myself; I've been working too much, and at some point I used to think that I was overdoing a lot of things. I know that we need to work very hard so as to earn a living, but I also believe that there should be a time when I also ease myself from overthinking, stress and a lot of things I have been doing since the first month of this year.
‎
‎For this Christmas, I want to actually take good care of myself. I should be able to sit out with friends and also buy gifts for people too. This morning I was just telling my sisters how we should just gather as a big family and be merry, eat, gist, take pictures and just be happy. I feel that Christmas season is the season when we should just gather with our loved ones.
‎So I'm planning on how to just gather everyone; I mean everyone in the house we talked about things while we were just eating.
‎There is this feeling I get when I'm with my family; I feel calm and at peace.
‎When we were still young, Christmas had meaning because of how it was done, and there was a peaceable feel we used to have then that you would get to see your loved ones; I mean, you just heard their voices on the phone. For me, I want to just cook and gather my family and loved ones and be merry.

‎Giving to the less privileged, I would just pack some food to give to the street children so that they will have something to eat too.
‎The street children should also have the opportunity we have too, no matter how small the opportunity is. I would just pack maybe 50 plates of rice and chicken and then give it to any street children I see.
‎
‎Then in this period I would also love to attend church programmes too. I want to go for a lot of music concerts to relieve myself of some stress. I have not actually listened to good music for a very long time, so that is one of the things I would want to do this Christmas.
