An Event

And what about everyone here? I hope you are doing well and that your day is going well too.
This is week 37, and this topic is what I have been waiting for, so thank you to the Hive Naijah theme for the opportunity to share this very story.

I just graduated from the university, and I love being independent, so my story goes thus:

During my stay at the university, I was always financially down and used to thinking of what to do to be financially free.
I met a man who changed my life and the way I used to think. Before that time, I never wanted to associate myself with him because I used to think that he was too strict because he was always pushy.

I went to church one day with my cousin, so I never knew that he was in the church and that he overheard us talking about being financially free.
We usually go to church if you don't have anything to do in the house.
So that faithful Wednesday, as we were talking about ourselves, he overheard us and came down from where he was sitting.

He told us about "hive," which is a platform that pays people for creating content.
My ear was tickled.
I said, "What?"
Then he put us through it and opened an account for us.
I was so happy because I went to events. I've read books on how to be financially free, but nothing was as practical as meeting that man in our church.

It has made my dream of being independent come true, and it has helped me gain maturity in my finances.
Give is not just where I get money from, but it is also where I can learn from, meet people, grow my talent, and do a lot of other things it has done for me.

I called that time we spent in church an event because it changed my life until now. I did not have to go to a big event; I just met someone in the church, and my life changed forever.

Some movements change one's life, and it does not require that person to go to a big event; you just need to be at the right place at the right time, and when that happens, your success may not be stressful.

For me, I did not go to an event; I just sat in church, and what I needed to become what I wanted came to me. There was nothing I did not want to do just to have money, as long as it was something legit.

Make sure that you take any moment for granted and don't close your mouth whenever you need to open it so that something will not hinder your growth.

Giving is versatile; it gives you anything you want, from learning to developing your skills and talents, and it also makes you see the need to grow in whatever you are doing.

Give also corrects you when you make mistakes, because whenever you post here, people from different parts of the world see your content and tell you did not do well.
