WORLD NUTRITION DAY

Who knows that we are really what we eat, that what we eat helps form us and really plays a great role in our lives? Nutrition is how the food that we eat is digested , metabolized, and utilized in the body. Food undergoes some processes in the body of an individual. We should always try to eat food in a healthy way in order to be healthy by God's grace.

That in which we eat really has a very long way in our lives to eat healthy also, and going for more healthy options is not always costly. It is how we understand it and how we go about it to really make it in our various homes. We can still eat a very healthy meal on a low budget. A meat that costs 1 thousand naira would give one protein in the body, while the egg that costs 200 hundred naira would still give one that same protein. When we really don't the money for the big ones, we can still fit in with the ones that our budget can meet up with at the period in time.

Food connects us, really, and in choosing health together, we cultivate not just strong bodies but stronger bonds. Through mindful eating, we rediscover connection to the earth, to our roots, and to one another. We should make that the best option in which to stay healthy.
