Fence of offence

This is my entry to the freewritehouse daily prompt
The workers has already been warned about the way in which thry are not trying. The manager told them that they need to buckle up their shoes so that things would be going the great way for their own good and also for their communities of work.
After the warning they really picked up and started doing what they were supposed to be doing. Then of a true they saw the good effect of what was being told them and was happy that it was working out.
They were no longer doing anything so big as of that era in which was big instead minor error in which people can do in one way or the other. The manger was very happy and told them to keep up with the good work in which they were already doing in the company. To him we can be corrected when we do mistake but sometimes are not even good for us to even involve ourselves in. Scolding people is not even the best in places we would find ourselves instead we try to correct them with Love and we also shoukd prevent it.
We keep hoping for the best
