Someone thought it was a good idea to put the trashcans in our garbage room on fire. The flat above it was filled with smoke at 2 am in the morning. The residents nearly suffocated in their sleep, as firefighters did not see it necessary to notify them .

the person has not been caught, but they must live in our house otherwise they couldn't get in the garbage room

That was a very bad idea. At least the trashcans should have been taken out of the house in the open space for burning.
